The United States national team member Sander will continue his career in seven-time Russian Championship winners Dinamo Moscow. Sander is a one-time FIVB World League and FIVB World Cup gold medalist as well as the 2016 Rio Olympics bronze medalist. A 27-year-old outside hitter came to the club from the Russian capital from the Brazilian league runners-up Sada Cruzeiro Vôlei.
Dinamo Moscow made several more signings that will definitely make them Superliga title contenders in the 2019/20 season: the Canadian outside hitter Stephen Maar (Revivre Axopower Milano, Italy), middle blocker Maksim Belogortsev (Yaroslavich Yaroslavl), and setters Cheslavsk Sventitskis (Nova Novokuybyshevsk) and Pavel Pankov (Zenit Saint Petersburg).
Dinamo Moscow parted ways with outside hitters – Dutchman Dick Kooy, Stanislav Eremin and Aleksandr Markin, setters – the Pole Grzegorz Pająk and Valentin Bezrukov, middle blocker Dmitriy Shcherbinin, and opposite hitter Pavel Kruglov.
