After their 2nd championship final in only 3 years of existence, Lokomotiv won the national title.

Persistent players of the team from Kaliningrad turned around the final match of the 2020/21 Russian Women’s Superliga Parimatch against 2nd-seed Dinamo Moscow, held in Kazan: 3-2 (21-25, 19-25, 25-23, 25-19, 15-12). Thus, Lokomotiv crowned the campaign in the inaugural Final Six of the Russian league with the first-ever championship title even though they entered post-season as 3rd-seed.

German Louisa Lippmann became the most productive player for Lokomotiv with 25 points. Valeriya Zaytseva was amazing in blocking (7 blocks). Ekaterina Enina scored 23 points (7 blocks) for Dinamo. Lokomotiv captain Irina Voronkova was named MVP of the Final Six.
