Halkbank and Arkas Spor opened Round 4 of the 2020/21 Turkish men’s volleyball Championship with confident wins each.

Halkbank’s terrible campaign last season (12-10, the sixth place on the charts), unworthy of a club of such reputation, is slowly vanishing from the heads of its fans. The Ankara side has four wins in as many games of the 2020/21 AXA Sigorta Efeler Ligi regular season and is at the top of the table. Today, Halkbank swept Bursa B.Şehir Bld. on the road: 3-0 (25-21, 25-19, 25-20).

Cuban Fernando Hernández truly dominated the match, scoring 20 points through a 70 % attack for the winning side. The Hungarian international Árpád Baróti made 17 points for Bursa, while Albanian Gazmend Husaj had a 73 % attack.

Arkas Spor closely follow Halkbank in the charts after a straight-set victory over Solhan Spor.

Boričić re-elected as President of CEV

Probably the most retarded sport federation in the whole of Europe, full of grandpas like Boričić making proft without any useful deeds. Another 4 frutiful years of stealing the clubs money. Taking a look at the CEV website layout says it all. Reply
