The official complaint should contain:

FIVB, CEV, NORCECA

FIVB

⁃ Names, full contact details of the Claimant and the Respondent and of their respective counsel (if any)

⁃ Summary of facts

⁃ Legal arguments (if you have any)

⁃ Request for Relief (how much money you are owed)

⁃ Your bank details

⁃ Copy of all signed contracts and documents

⁃ Other written documents: emails, bank slips, etc.

⁃ Attention: Remember, it is up to you to prove your accusations!
