WL 2016: Poland without 4 major players! (LIST)

Poland will travel to Kaliningrad to begin their FIVB World League 2016 campaign without several key players!

Head coach Stephane Antiga decided to give some rest to 4 major players, so they can be fully fit for the Olympic tournament in Rio. Poland will therefore be without captain Michal Kubiak, Bartosz Kurek, Mateusz Mika and Fabian Drzyzga at the start of the World League 2016!

This is the full roster of Poland:

Setters: Grzegorz Lomacz, Pawel Woicki

Opposites: Maciej Muzaj, Dawid Konarski

Middle Blockers: Karol Klos, Mateusz Bieniek, Piotr Nowakowski, Marcin Mozdzonek

Receivers: Bartosz Bednorz, Wojciech Zalinski, Artur Szalpuk, Rafal Buszek

Libero: Pawel Zatorski, Damian Wojtaszek

Poland will start the competition in Pool C, together with Russia, Bulgaria and Serbia.

i think thats a good idea. world league is every year and Olympics its only every 4 years so you want a healthy and no injured on your roster during the Olympic games
