Butko and Alekno
It’s official! Zenit Kazan have announced the signing of Alexander Butko! This is indeed an unexpected transfer, as the Russian setter was one of the best players of Zenit’s fierce rival Lokomotiv Novosibirsk.
Butko signed a two-and-a-half year contract with Zenit, which means that it will expire at the end of the 2017/18 season. He will wear No. 3 in his new club.
