The reason is everyone are still waiting for the new official doping guidelines by WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency), regarding the whole meldonium doping affair. Recall that WADA has recently announced that they will not prosecute the players who had less than 1 microgram of meldonium in their body while being tested.

Alexander Markin had 300 nanograms which gives him hope that neither WADA nor FIVB will suspend him from volleyball.

General Secretary of the Russian Volleyball Federation Alexander Yaremenko stated for R-Sport that the official decision about the Markin case will be made at the beginning of the next week.
