The president of FIVB Ary Graca announced that the International Volleyball Federation cannot suspend the Russian national teams just because of doping scandals in some other sports.

“The FIVB has zero tolerance for doping, but at the same time, we believe that the biggest problem is the Anti-Doping process in Russia. Most of the Russian players were tested abroad. The FIVB cannot punish Russian national teams for problems in other sports. ”

Recall that the whole problem started when WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) announced that the Russian Anti-Doping Agency concealed hundreds of positive doping tests in many sports ahead of the Sochi winter Games 2014.
