Kosheleva got injured just before the Grand Prix 2016 Final tournament and there was fear that she would not be able to recover until the Olympic Games. Fortunately, she has managed to regain her shape in time and she will travel to Rio with the Russian national team.

“Now I feel good. I am training with the team in full shape. For me, there has never been a drop of doubt. I am always ready to fight for a place in the team and to help my country. Many thanks for everyone who have supported me during all this time. It meant a lot to me,” said Kosheleva for R-Sport.
