Yellow and black celebration in Zurich! After winning the 1st leg in Istanbul by 3-2, VakifBank have written down one more victory against Volero Zurich, this time on the road and this time with even more convincing score 3-1!
Still it was a thrilling game, The Turkish side clinched the opening set, but the hosts answered back by taking the second set after a true volleyball marathon! At the end, it was Bojana Živković who won the set for Volero Zurich with simply incredible point!
At that moment, the Purple crew had a perfect momentum, but they failed to use it. VakifBank seized the third set and then closed the match by taking the fourth one as well.

The top scorer in Vakifbank was Lonneke Sloetjes who finished the game with 24 points, while on the other side Nataliya Mammadova collected 27 points for Volero Zurich.
