CEV CL: Partizan searches for redemption after defeat in national league

Beograd, Serbia, January 16, 2012. Serbian rookie Partizan Termoelektro BEOGRAD recently suffered its fifth defeat this season in the national league and the atmosphere in the group is not that good before the last match in the prelims of the 2012 CEV Volleyball Champions League whereby they will host Poland’s Zaksa KEDZIERZYN-KOZLE.

Head coach Milan Djuricic will be missing also outside hitter Marko Nikolic who got injured this past weekend.
 

This is the last act in our European campaign for this year and I think we have left quite a good impression” he says.

 

 
 

The guys are a little down after the defeat we suffered this weekend but they shall get psychologically ready to play our opponent from Poland. We played quite well there and I think we can repeat that at home. Our guests may be tired and this shall turn into an advantage for us” says the Serbian mentor.
