VILLA CORTESE gives it a try with Pool leader RC CANNES
“Last week in Germany we scored the most important win in recent times and we did so by using quite many of our reserves” says head coach Marcello Abbondanza.
“They played well there and showed great determination so they shall be rewarded for this. They will enjoy the opportunity of playing another top European match in front of our fans and receive the loud applause they deserve for their performance in Germany. I hope we will deliver a strong performance even though RC CANNES is the strongest team of our group” he adds.
It will be a very special match for libero Paola Cardullo who spent last year in Villa Cortese and has moved to Cannes for the 2011/2012 season.
