“We just knew that we gonna work really hard and try to play our best. It was perhaps too much to expect a final, but we believed that we can win.” said Kimberlu Hill.
What did you say to yourself when you saw that you will play in the semifinal?
“We were all screaming. We were so happy. We were just excited and ready to play against Brazil. We were ready to enjoy in this moment, and we really enjoyed it a lot”
What do you expect from the final?
“I have no expectations. I just hope that we will win.”
After this you will stay in Italy, what can you say about new adventures which await you in Novara?
“I’m so excited. I have just seen little pieces of everything and I can say that Italy is beautiful, the fans are wonderful. I think that it will be a big experience so I’m really excited about it.”
Have you already started to learn Italian?
“A little bit, I want to learn but it’s difficult when you are not here. But you know, my teammates who played here were trying to teach me and I’m going to try really hard to learn. Maybe I will take classes or something. “
Do you like Italian food?
“Ooh my God, of course I do. Since I came here I eat non-stop, I want to try everything, and everything is so good and I can’t wait to come again.”
