Unfortunate for the TV viewers of the World league Match of the week, Russians was confident to seal their Italian visas that simply gave no chance to the hosts in the third. With no strength to oppose, Bulgarians just waited the match to end along with this year’s disappointing participation in the World League.
Biryukov scored 13 and Muserskiy 12 for the winners, Sokolov finished with 11 for Bulgaria.
Russia will play in World League Finals in Florence and Bulgaria is looking forward to its new coach appointment next week and better performance in the World Championship.
