Hosts Zhejiang were two sets down before making the most epic turnaround in Chinese Women’s Championship this season, 23-25, 20-25, 25-10, 25-16, 19-17.
Game 1 will be remembered by the fact that three players of Zhejinag scored nearly 70% percent of all teams’ points – Yang Zhou 27, Li Jing 25 and Wang Huimin 22 points! Zhou scored 11 of her 27 points from block, 10 more than entire squad of Jiangsu. In Jiangsu, Zhang Changning had 20 points.
Game 3 of the best-of-five playoff finals in scheduled for March 11, with Jiangsu being hosts.
