Linesman
Leao has found himself in the centre of attention after his controversial gesture at the end of the Game 2. One day later, Osasco have sent an official letter to CBV in which they claimed the referee was celebrating the win of Rexona. The Brazilian Voleyball Federation reviewed the whole case and decided to suspend the linesman for the Game 3.
At the same time, Anesio Leao explained his gesture as a way of showing relief, because none of the referees has made any major mistake in the Game 2. He said that all of them were under a lot of pressure, after that huge mistake of his colleague in the Game 1.
