The Best Opposite Hitter of Rio Olympics in Men’s competition, Wallace Souza of Brazil, was also the best scorer with 147 points, while the difference between the second Matt Anderson and third Ivan Zaytsev is only one point. USA’s opposite had 128 points while Italian collected 127. USA and Brazil both have three players in top 10. Wallace is also ranked high among the best spikers (3rd). Russian Maksim Mikhaylov is the best in this element. Two Americans are at top 3 best blockers, but the No.1 is the Russian Artem Volvich (27 kill blocks). USA have two players among the best three servers as well but neither is the best. It’s Ivan Zaytsev from Italy.

The MVP of the Women’s tournament, Chinese Zhu Ting, is also the best scorer with 179 points. She is followed by the Dutch Lonneke Slöetjes (157) and Serbian Tijana Bošković (137). Zhu Ting grabbed the best spiker title, while Slöetjes is in top 3 as well. Serbian Milena Rašić leads best blockers list with 25 kill blocks. She is also the best server, in front of her teammate Bošković.
