Montes Claros vs. Campinas
No. 4 Campinas made downed fifth seed Montes Claros on the road in Game 1 of playoff quarter-final series 3-1 (25-23, 25-27, 27-25, 25-23).
The two teams will meet again on March 25, but this time at Campinas’ gymnasium „Ginásio Taquaral“. The third match will also be played at the court of Superliga silver medalists.
Campinas opposite Rodrigo Pinto ’Rivaldo’ scored game-high 20 points. Luan Weber collected 19 for Montes Claros.
