GREEK CUP M: Olympiacos prevail Kifissia for 16th trophy, Serbian receiver Čupković MVP (VIDEO)

Olympiacos SFP won the trophy in the Greek Men’s volleyball Cup for the second time in a row and 16th overall.

After grueling battle in the semifinals against national champions PAOK Thessaloniki, Olympiacos had enough strength and nerves to prevail AOP Kifissia in one of the best finals ever of the tournament, as Greek media emphasized, held in the city of Glyfada 3-1 (25-13, 19-25, 25-22, 29-27).

Olympiacos receiver Konstantin Čupković was awarded MVP of the Final Four, while his role the finish of the fourth set will be remembered for a long time by the fans of Olympiacos. Serbian player scored three points in a row, of which two were aces, at 27-26 for Kifissia and finished the match.

The most efficient player in Olympiacos was Colombian opposite Liberman Agámez with 26 points while Bulgarian opposite Boyan Yordanov had 27 for Kifissia.
