EUROVOLLEY 2019 M: Serbia defeat Slovakia, Slovenia prevail over Turkey

Serbia are marching toward their goal to be in the first place of group B, which will make their knockout phase much easier for them.

This time, Slovakia had to surrender after three sets as the Serbian side were much more dominant during the whole game.

Uros Kovacevic was the best scorer with 17 points, while Matej Patak had 12 points on the other side.

Slovenia had a difficult game against Turkey but managed to prevail in straight sets 30-28, 25-16, 25-23.

Tine Urnaut was the best scorer with 16 points, Mitja Gasparini contributed with 12. In Turkey, Burak Gungor ended the match with 13 points.

In Pool D, Czech Republic scored an important win to stay in the race for the 1/8 finals of the EuroVolley. Jan Hadrava led the team with 23 points.
