Mladost Zagreb beat SK Zadruga Aich/Dob to in the first leg of the 2nd Round of the 2020 CEV Men’s Volleyball Champions League in four sets.

With the match of the home side Mladost from Croatia and Austrian Zadruga, the 2nd Round first legs are over. The team from the Croatian capital struggled the most compared to the other three teams that recorded wins in first matches. Mladost had to bounce back from a one-set deficit: 3-1 (22-25, 25-18, 25-21, 25-14).

Ivan Raić top-scored for the Zagreb team with 19 points, while Tomislav Mitrašinović made 4 of the team’s 17 kill blocks. Bulgarian Ivan Kolev put down 18 points for Zadruga. Slovak Peter Mlynarčík set up 4 kill blocks.
