Ivan Podrebinkin top-scored for the Russian team with 15 points. Dominican Henry Omar Tapia led Budva with 15 points.
German representatives Hypo Tirol AlpenVolleys Hahcing became the 2nd team to progress to the quarterfinals after beating Barkom-Kazhany Lviv from Ukraine in the tie-break. Actually, AlpenVolleys needed to take only 2 sets in this match knowing they swept rivals in the first leg with 3-0.
