#EuroVolleyM Qualifiers: North Macedonia successfully start qualifications, Nikola Gjorgiev excels

The North Macedonia Men’s Volleyball National Team started the qualifications for the 2021 CEV European Championship with a victory at home in Skopje.



The hosts North Macedonia beat Bosnia and Herzegovina by a 3-1 (27-25, 25-21, 23-25, 25-19) in the first match of the Pool C tournament of the qualifications for the 2021 Men’s EuroVolley. The captain of the winners, Nikola Gjorgiev, as expected, was the top scorer of the match with 29 points.

Turkey is the third team that competes in this pool, while Denmark withdrew earlier.
