“Right now we are struggling to play our normal game, actually we have been having some troubles, but all of my players showed a lot of motivation and desire to win. We sometimes had troubles with our reception but substitute players like middle blocker Hasan Sikar and our young outside spiker Yigit Gülmezoglu did a very good job. It was just like a team win. We are obviously happy to qualify for the next round of this prestigious European competition. We will try to be better in some aspects of our game. We will work on this to play even better than we did tonight,” commented the head coach of Arkas IZMIR, Glenn Hoag.
