EUROVOLLEY 2017 W: Bulgaria barely down girls from Ukraine!

It was another tie-break game from Ukraine and again, they didn’t manage to score the victory.

The Bulgarian girls have defeated Ukraine 3-2 (25-23, 21-25, 23-25, 25-11, 15-4) in Baku. The Ukrainian ladies were in a good position after three sets but we must say that they ran out of fuel after taking the lead.

In the last two sets, Bulgaria simply were better than the rival and took the win! 

Elitsa Vasileva has scored 21 points, while Nadiia Kodola had 19 on the other side. 

This is the second defeat of Ukraine at this European Championship, after suffering 3-2 defeat against Russia in the first round of Pool C. Bulgaria have one victory so far…
