Jedinstvo-Bijelo-Polje
In the ex-Yugoslavian derby of the first knockout phase of the CEV Cup, Jedinstvo Bemax Bijelo Polje from Montenegro defeated Croatian representatives MOK Rijeka in the rematch by a 3-1. Since they won the 1st leg as well (3-0), Jedinstvo have advanced to the 16th Finals. Slobodan Bojić topped the Montenegrin titleholders with 24 points (4 aces, 3 kill blocks). Danijel Jurišić highlighted Rijeka with 19 points (3 kill blocks).
The Dutch side Draisma Dynamo Apeldoorn achieved a double straight-set win over KV Luboteni Ferizaj from Kosovo to qualify for the 16th Finals.
In addition to Jedinstvo and Draisma, two more clubs made it to the 16th Finals throughout the first elimination phase, earlier: Hapoel Mate-Asher Akko from Israel and Barkom-Kazhany Lviv from Ukraine.
