After dropping the first two sets, Volero have managed to find a motivation and to get back into the game by winning next two sets. In the tie-break, Mulhouse again were dominant side and won the game.
It was the first victory of Mulhouse in the CEV Champions League group stage 2017/2018.
Hayley Spelman was the top scorer on the away side with 18, while Rosir Calderon (21 points) and Gergana Dimitrova (18) were the most efficient in Volero.
