WCH 2018 M: Belgium grab win and push Japan to the edge

by WoV

It was a good night for the Belgian fans, however, on the other side, the Japanese team got into a difficult situation.

Belgium

Belgium

The Japanese boys surprised the Belgian players at the start of the match, by playing an aggressive game for which Andrea Anastasi didn’ have any solution. But, only in the first set…

In the other three sets, Belgium set the control and got three very important points! Bram Van Den Dries was the best scorer in Anastasi’s team, while on the other side Yuji Nishida had 20 points.

Belgium will definitely play in the second round while Japan got into a difficult situation with one victory and three defeats…
