Thailand – T&T
Although they thought that they will have one easy match against Trinidad and Tobago, the opponents quickly showed them that they are wrong.
Thailand won the first two sets without any problems but in the next period of the game, T&T started to play much better and make them troubles.
When the Asian team saw that opponents started to play better and better, they returned their play from the beginning of the match and with 25-11 finished the last set in the match.
Thatdao Nuekjang and Ajcharaporn Kongyot were the best scorers of the match and of the winning team with 17 points while Krystle Esdelle with 15 points and Channon Thompson and Sinead Jack with 14 points each, led T&T.
After this loss, it’s clear that the 34th-ranked Trinidad and Tobago will finish their participation at this championship while Thailand will move to the next stage.
