In the last match for Lube and Fakel, the Italian team easily prevailed over the Russian side 3-0 (25-17, 25-18, 25-19). Osmany Juantorena led Lube with 14 points, while Yoandy Leal and Simon Robertlandy scored 11 points each.
A game in Pool B went well for Trentino. The Italian side defeated Asseco Resovia in straight sets to take the top position in Pool B, 26-24, 25-23, 25-20.
Uros Kovacevic was the best scorer with 16 points, while Maarten Van Garderen added 14 points. Jakub Jarosz was the best scorer in Resovia with 15 point.
