Brazil’s Sada Cruzeiro defeated Italy’s Trentino 3-0 in the last round of the group stage of the 2021 FIVB Volleyball Men’s Club World Championship in Betim (Brazil).
With a 3-0 (25-19, 25-23, 25-18), Cruzeiro beat Trentino to take the supremacy in Pool B of the 2021 FIVB Men’s Club World Championship and get to the easier rival in the semi-finals. The Contagem team played at high intensity, which was obvious, but Trentino definitely played below their qualities. Wallace de Souza was Cruzeiro’s top scorer with 13 points.
Given that Cucine Lube Civitanova swept Funvic in Pool A, the knockout phase will start with all-Italian and all-Brazilian duels.
