The second part of McLaren’s Commission report was presented on Friday in London. It stated that more than a thousand Russian athletes in 30 sports were involved in using doping at various tournaments, including the 2012 Olympics.

“The International Volleyball Federation became aware of the second part of McLaren’s Commission report which notified us that some number of volleyball players was mentioned in the report. FIVB will examine the evidence and shall maintain communication directly with the WADA before taking any further action. FIVB rules have a 100% support for clean athletes and has a zero tolerance against doping. Subsequent comments of the FIVB can be given only after it obtains relevant information from the WADA,” the press service of the International Volleyball Federation informed “R-Sport”.
