It is never good when you lose an opener in such an important tournament like the 2018 FIVB Men’s Volleyball Nations League Final Six. There is not much time to look back because not being focused on the next game definitely means a goodbye to the semifinal. Brazil’s captain Bruno Rezende “Bruninho” is fully aware of this.

“I think that our counterattacks could’ve been better. We did a great job in reception, we were really focused, but sometimes we weren’t perfect in transition. Sometimes, my setting wasn’t perfect as well. I really believe we can do better tomorrow. We have to focus on the Serbian team now because it’s going to be a hard game, too,” Bruninho said right after the match against France and called for caution in Brazil’s last game in Pool A.
