The 24-year-old Pole Adam Kowalski signed a one-year contract with BR Volleys.

The libero went through the famous youth academy of Tauron AZS Częstochowa with whom he won the U21 Polish championship twice and was named Best Libero once. Kowalski came to the club from the German capital from Chemik Bydgoszcz.

BR Volleys’ website published that they will soon announce the hiring of a new setter that will compete for the place in the line-up with the Russian Sergey Grankin.

The Bundesliga champions recently hired an American outside hitter JT Hatch (Al-Ahly Doha, Qatar) while, earlier, they signed his compatriot who covers the opposite hitter’s position.
