In a great battle for Germany, Berlin RV protected home court against Friedrichshafen in a five set thriller. Genrali Haching took advantage of their clash to even up pointswise with Berlin RV.



Berlin got off to an amazing start and led by 2-0 in a convincing fashion. But Moculescu’s men weren’t planning on giving up at all. Friedrichshafen returned and almost made a comeback (2-2). But in a tie-break Berlin found strength and closed the deal. Moslty thanks to amazing middle blocker, Srećko Lisinac who was awarded with the MVP honor.

Coburg Grub – Duren 1-3 (26-28, 25-18, 21-25, 17-25)

Berlin RV – Friedrichshafen 3-2 (25-18, 25-19, 23-25, 20-25, 15-13)

Dresden – Rottenburg 1-3 (18-25, 13-25, 25-14, 25-27)

Haching – Moerser 3-1 (25-17, 25-21, 21-25, 25-23)
