“I haven’t remained without words very often in my career and life, but this may be a situation that deserves something like that. I do not want to talk about emotions, except that I am extremely disappointed with the result. Perhaps at this tournament, as well as at the European Championships, expectations were too high,” Grbić said after the game against Germany, yesterday.
“Firstly, I should ask myself was this, that I have been doing, generally well and then everyone else should start asking themselves the same… That’s all I have to say at this point,” head coach of Serbia added.
It will be the first time since 1992 that Serbian NT won’t participate at the Olympic Games.
