Match was heated and highly emotionally charged. “It was an aggressive game today, which is rarely seen in volleyball“, said TVR coach Hans-Peter Müller-Angstenberger. “I am very pleased that we have survived this test.“
Visiting coach Michael Mücke said: “We have unfortunately not been able to distance ourselves from this heated atmosphere. That is why we lost.“
