Although the loss of Eva Delogu is a bitter pill for the entire team, the young and highly motivated Lena Gschwendter is ready to close this gap. Coach Jan Lindenmair would have loved to give her more time, but he also sees the potential of the young libero.
Stuttgart, however, must again show much fighting spirit against Schweriner. One advantage for the home team, however, could be in terms of fitness, as the guests from Schwerin played during the week in the Champions League and lost to Robur Tiboni Urbino. The sign for a second victory on home soil, but the girls will need the strong and vocal support of the brilliant Stuttgart fans.
