Friedrichshafen

VfB Friedrichshafen, who secured the top-seed for the playoffs, several rounds ago, remained undefeated in the season, including both domestic and international tournaments. The „Häfler“ swept SVG Lüneburg on the road by a 3-0 (25-22, 25-20, 25-20) to reach a 35-0 record in the 2017/18! The Bulgarian Martin Atanasov topped Friedrichshafen with 12 points. The Canadian Ryan Sclater scored 20 points for the losing side.

United Volleys Rhein-Main defended No.3 for the playoff as they beat Netzhoppers SolWo Königspark KW by a 3-0 thanks to 16 points from Moritz Karlitzek and 5 aces from an Australian Lincoln Williams.

Bundesliga newbies Hypo Tirol AlpenVolleys Haching will go to the playoffs as No.5.
