They scored a 3-0 victory 25-14, 25-16, 25-20, leaving no space for the rival to stay in the race in any of these sets.

Miriam Sylla (11 points) and Kimberly Hill (10 points) were the top scorers in Imoco, while Megan Courtney had 12 on the other side.

The vice-champions Novara have made a stunning comeback in a game against Club Italia. They were in a difficult situation after two sets, however, they somehow managed to win the other three sets and to win the game.

Paola Egonu was the best scorer with 20 points, while her teammate Christina Chirichella had 14. On the other side, Elena Pietrini scored 19, Alessia Populini and Sylvia Nwakalor 16 each.

Firenze have also made a comeback from 0-2 to 3-2, thanks to Louisa Lippman’s amazing display. She has scored 30 points, while in Monza Serena Ortolani had 24.

Another five-set game was played between Brescia and Cuneo. Fortunately for Cuneo’s fans, they won the game. Lisa Van Hecke’s display, 23 points, pushed her team to the win, while Jessica Rivero had 22 points.

Pomi Casalmaggiore scored a win, beating Filottrano in straight sets 25-21, 25-19, 25-22. Polina Rahimova was the best scorer in Pomi with 14, while Kenia Carcaces contributed with 10. Aliyana Whitney had 14 on the other side.
