ITA M: Convincing wins for Perugia, Lube and Trentino, Modena barely outplay Padova

Perugia

Aleksandar Atanasijevic (13 points) and Wilfredo Leon (12 points) led Perugia to the win over Vibo Valentia on the home court, while Lube didn’t have any difficulties against Monza. Yoandy Leal was the best scorer in Lube with 17 points.

Trentino have recovered after a defeat against Lube in the last round, beating Latina on the road. Aaron Russell had a good game with 19 points, Luca Vettori contributed with 15.

Modena have barely survived a game against Padova away. The first set was outstanding and it ended well for the home side after playing 68 rallies. However, four sets Modena managed to take three and to win the game. 

Ivan Zaytsev was the most dominant figure in Modena’s jersey with 25 points while Yacine Louati had 26 on the other side.

Lube – Monza 3-0 (25-21, 25-16, 25-18)

Padova – Modena 2-3 (35-33, 23-25, 16-25, 25-23, 20-22)

Verona – Siena 3-1 (25-22, 25-20, 22-25, 25-22)
