“The fact that we’ll play on Tuesday made us opt to fly directly from Piacenza to Poland to avoid a long trip back to Macerata in between, during night time too – explained sport director Stefano Recine – These will be two crucial games, the first for our league position, the second because we aim at going further in Europe. Between one game and another it will be important to take advantage of the time at our disposal to rest well”.
