Il-Bisonte-vs-Casalmaggiore
After almost two and a half hours of play in Cremona, Il Bisonte caused a surprise in the first round of the 2020 Supercoppa Italiana by eliminating the home team of Casalmaggiore: 3-2 (23-25, 25-22, 17-25, 27-25, 15-13). The Dutch Yvon Beliën and Anastasia Guerra top-scored for the winning side with 18 points apiece.
The next rivals of Il Bisonte, in the second qualifying round (the round before the Final Four in Vicenza), will be Igor Gorgonzola Novara who was among four clubs to progress after overcoming obstacles yesterday.
