Giulio Sabbi (BCC-NEP Castellana Grotte): “In the first part, we struggled against San Giustino’s aggressiveness. We could not contain them at the net, and we made a lot of mistakes on the serve. Then things changed, we served better and limited our errors. This allowed us to get back in a game that seemed doomed. Now we’ll focus on performing well in the playoffs”.
Goran Maric (Altotevere San Giustino): “We’re disappointed, we really wanted to finish with a victory in front of our supporters. We tried our best, played hard in the first two sets, then they got back in it. They did a good job of staying in it even when things looked to be going the wrong way for them. Now is time for the playoffs, we’ll play against Latina without fear”.
