ITA M: Postponed game, Molfetta wins in Ravenna

by WoV

At the end of a marathon, Ravenna surrendered to Molfetta in a postponed game of round 20. Too many mistakes on the serve and a few silly unforced errors cost the hosts dear, especially in the tie-break in which Bonitta’s men were 13-10 ahead.

CMC RAVENNA – EXPRIVIA MOLFETTA 2-3 (27-29, 26-24, 26-28, 25-15, 18-20)

Marco Bonitta (Coach CMC Ravenna): “I am disappointed because even if we did not play great volleyball we were very close from victory at 13-10 in the tie-break. We made too many mistakes on the serve”.

Juan Manuel Cichello (Coach Exprivia Molfetta): “We played with a good attitude right from the start. We knew we were up against a quality volleyball team. Four sets ended with the minimum margin, but we managed to stay composed in the clutch time. I am satisfied with this win”.
