The Italian women’s national team faced a setback in their secondTest Match against Germany, losing 1-3 at the Allianz Cloud Arena in Milan. After their 3-1 win the previous evening in Novara, the Azzurre couldn’t repeat their performance.

Germany came out with a stronger strategy and energy, claiming the match per sets 25-21, 26-24, 22-25, and 25-21. The standout player of the night was Marie Scholzel, leading the Germans with 18 points. Italy’s Giorgia Frosini shone in response, scoring 16.
