Ladies from the Italian Serie A2 team, Club Italia, showed some uncommon warm-up using freestyle football skills.
It seemed this kind of warm-up worked, Club Italia beat Volley Soverato by 3-2 in the 10th round.
A little clarification, Club Italia is owned by the Italian Volleyball Federation and registered in Rome with the purpose to train young Italian players, future members of the national team.
The club participates in a division chosen each year by the Federation, excluded from promotions or demotions.
