As head coach Marco Bonitta decided, two players fell off the wide list of 18 – the setter Noemi Signorile and receiver/outside hitter Alessia Gennari.
Remained 16 players will continue to train at Olympic Training Center “Giulio Onesti” in Rome:
Setters: Lo Bianco and Malinov; Outside and opposite hitters: C. Bosetti, L. Bosetti, Centoni, Costagrande, Del Core, Diouf, Sorokaite and Tirozzi; Middle blockers: Arrighetti, Chirichella, Folie and Guiggi; Liberos: De Gennaro and Sansonna.
The Italian national team will play two friendlies against Germany in Naples on Saturday, September 19 and Sunday, September 20.
