Lube scored an easy victory even in the second leg match against Latina. The away side couldn’t do anything 3-0 (25-17, 25-23, 25-19).
Klemen Cebulj was the top scorer with 11 points, while Ivan Miljković contributed with eight points. On the away side, Simon Hirsch ended match with 10.
The reigning winners Modena beat Monza for the second time as Luca Vettori was the most efficient player with 20 points. Renan Zanatta finished game with 19 points on the other side. Recall that Earvin Ngapeth missed this match…
Perugia– Verona clash was derby of the Italian Cup quarterfinals. Perugia managed to knock-out the rival after winning the second leg game 3-1 (25-15, 25-20, 19-25, 25-10).
Aleksandar Atanasijević was the top scorer with 21 points, Aaron Russel added 16, while Taylor Sander scored 15 points in Verona.
TRENTINO have suffered 3-2 defeat in the second match, but they will play at the final four because they recorded 3-0 win in the first match. Anyway, it was really a great match.
