Calzedonia Verona didn’t announce anything so far in regard to possible activity on transfer market, suggested by some Italian media, but now they have broken the silence.

The CEO of Serie A1 team, Piero Rebaudengo, denied possibility of a return to the transfer market to acquire new opposite hitter which would support injured Serbian Saša Starović.
„Saša is our opposite and Calzedonia is good,“ he briefly stated.
Starović suffers from back pain and thus, rumors were that Verona negotitate with German György Grozer and Australian Thomas Edgar.
